What to wear: Even though this event is virtual, we want you to “show up” and be dressed casually, aware and prepared.
What to bring: Something to write with and a journal or notebook for notes. A water bottle handy so you don’t have to leave the video.
Where to “be”: Leadership requires you to represent yourself and others. Please give thought in advance to a space where you can have no interruptions, be seated and ready to take notes and engage, have your cell phone set aside and on silent so you’re not interrupted or trying to return texts and that family and pets are not in range to disturb your thoughts. A quick tip- laying in your bed is not representing yourself as a growing leader.
